We're the fastest growing running brand in America -- and have been featured in the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies in America the past two years! our team At ChicknLegs we live the start-up mentality – we have fun, work hard and grow where the business needs us! ✔ We're funny, kind, and don't take ourselves too seriously ✔ We help each other ✔ We celebrate our wins ✔ We learn and grow, and try new ways ✔ We make mistakes and we learn from them ✔ We love running The Role Edit short-form and long-form video content optimized for social platforms (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube videos) Transform raw footage into dynamic, engaging, and brand-aligned videos Incorporate music, sound effects, motion graphics, and text overlays to enhance storytelling Stay on top of social media trends and proactively suggest content ideas and editing styles Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Optimize videos for performance (retention, engagement, and shareability) Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar) Strong understanding of pacing, comedic timing, and viral content structure Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Ability to adapt editing style to match evolving trends and brand voice Experience in social media or DTC brands Strong attention to detail and storytelling instincts Motion graphics and animation experience Color grading and sound design skills Experience working with influencers or user-generated content Familiarity with analytics and performance metrics Passion for running If you don’t meet every single qualification but are excited about this role, we still encourage you to apply—we value potential and culture fit just as much as experience.
