Entech Network Solutions, LLC. is hiring: Associate Director SEM/SEO in New York

We are looking for a client-facing Associate Director with true expertise across both Paid Search and SEO. The Associate Director must confidently lead across both disciplines, manage performance, communicate strategy to clients, and help drive strong results across multiple accounts.

What this role looks like:

• Own day-to-day strategy and execution across both Paid Search and SEO
• Lead client conversations, present recommendations, and serve as a trusted partner
• Manage performance, budgets, pacing, and measurement across search programs
• Identify optimization opportunities and translate insights into action
• Oversee tracking, QA, and reporting accuracy
• Partner cross-functionally with analytics, planning, creative, and tech teams
• Mentor junior team members and help elevate the broader team

What they need:

• 5-8 years of strong hands-on experience in both Paid Search and SEO
• Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Strong understanding of technical and strategic SEO
• Ability to troubleshoot tracking, tagging, and measurement issues
• Proven client-facing experience with confidence in presenting strategy and results
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities
