Fidelity Investments is hiring: Senior User Experience Designer in Smithfield

We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our Fidelity Institutional UX Design team, supporting our Performance Measurement and Analysis product area. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, high-impact experiences for financial advisors who use our Wealthscape platform for client servicing and support, with a focus on building strategic performance measurement capabilities.

You’ll collaborate with designers and product partners across other areas of the Wealthscape platform to modernize user workflows, drive digitization, and improve operational efficiency our clients.

CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO BE CONSIDERED

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of UX design experience, ideally in complex enterprise or financial systems
• Proven success working in agile environments and supporting design teams at scale
• Expertise in Figma, Jira, Confluence
• Experience in financial services and a passion for designing trading applications
