Senior User Experience Designer

We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our Fidelity Institutional UX Design team, supporting our Performance Measurement and Analysis product area. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, high-impact experiences for financial advisors who use our Wealthscape platform for client servicing and support, with a focus on building strategic performance measurement capabilities. You’ll collaborate with designers and product partners across other areas of the Wealthscape platform to modernize user workflows, drive digitization, and improve operational efficiency our clients. CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO BE CONSIDERED What You’ll Bring 6+ years of UX design experience, ideally in complex enterprise or financial systems Proven success working in agile environments and supporting design teams at scale Expertise in Figma, Jira, Confluence Experience in financial services and a passion for designing trading applications Key Skills & Attributes Proactive and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership Analytical thinker with curiosity to explore data and uncover actionable insights Skilled problem solver who can identify friction points and design effective solutions Adept at collaborating with product and design peers to drive consistency across multiple teams Excellent communicator and facilitator, able to influence without direct authority Strategic mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement Comfortable working with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment Passionate about improving design velocity and operational efficiency Demonstrates strong individual initiative while contributing meaningfully to team efforts
