Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Producer role based in Denver, CO. The Producer will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of video content including films, series, and promotional projects to support organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing creative projects, coordinating production schedules and budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring content aligns with the mission and values of the organization. The Producer will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality materials that engage and inspire audiences.
Qualifications
Proficiency in production management, including ability to create timelines, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-departmental efforts.
Experience with filmmaking, including video production, live events, and digital media content creation.
Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant software tools for content creation, editing, and project management, such as Adobe Creative Suite, project management platforms, or similar tools.
Understanding of the Catholic faith and alignment with the mission and values of the FOCUS Mission Foundation is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
