LION VIP Relations is a bicoastal 360 lifestyle communications agency with a prestigious roster of Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle brands. At LION, we pride ourselves on our creative and innovative approaches to connecting brands to consumers. Our work focuses on media relations, VIP and talent strategies, and digital creator initiatives (both earned and paid).
We work with brands including SACHEU Beauty, Cyklar, Phlur, Saltair, Naked Sundays, Monique Lhuillier, MOTHER Denim, Andie Swim, Alexandre Birman and more.
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our fast-growing Beauty & Lifestyle division. The ideal candidate is a dynamic player with industry connections, an exceptional ability to build relationships, work in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Account Coordinator work and serve as first point of approval
- Lead daily pitching across launches, product moments and trend stories
- Build and nurture relationships with editors, writers and creators
- Develop targeted media and creator lists
- Assist with event invites for both media + creator events
- Identify new creators and VIP opportunities
- Pitch trend-driven stories tied to cultural moments
- Monitor editorial calendars to ensure timely pitching
- Support managers on exclusive story opportunities
- Participate in brand strategy briefings
- Assist in managing press and creators at events
The Right Candidate Has:
- 2/3+ years of relevant PR experience in beauty, lifestyle, or related industries (agency experience preferred).
- Strong industry connections, including relationships with beauty editors, influencers, and talent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and persuasively.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, manage tight deadlines, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge and interest of the latest trends in beauty, lifestyle, and digital communications, with a strong pulse on social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Strong team working skills
- Proficiency with platforms such as MuckRack, MightyScout, G Suite, Office, etc
