Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
1st Shift:
Monday - Friday |

You'll Thrive Here If You've Got...
Education:
High school diploma (required). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Microbiology, Electronics, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Experience:
2+ years prior B2B inside sales, customer service, or data entry experience
U.S. work authorization (required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Ability to build rapport with customers and co-workers
Ability to prioritize, excellent organization, and attention to detail
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to travel 50% or more (preferred)
Day-to-Day Tasks:
Generate and email business customers written quotations
Enter purchase orders into the computer system and
follow-up
Process requests for sales reps and distributors (literature, demos, etc.)
Maintain and prepare reports, as requested
Make cost-justifiable product recommendations
Communicate with customers via email and telephone, and route more complicated questions to our Applications Engineers
Become a product knowledge expert
A comprehensive training program is provided
Must follow procedures established in compliance with ISO 9001
Other duties as assigned
