About the Role

The Company is seeking a Brand President to take on a pivotal role in driving the performance, growth, and strategic direction of its restaurant brand or portfolio. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and executing the brand vision, growth strategy, and market expansion plans, as well as identifying new revenue streams and development opportunities. This role requires full P&L accountability, leading cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, and operational excellence. The Brand President will also be responsible for overseeing multi-unit operations, improving labor efficiency, and cost controls, and protecting and evolving the brand's positioning across all guest touchpoints.

Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit retail leadership, with a proven track record in multi-unit P&L ownership and scaling operations. Experience in growth, turnaround, or brand transformation environments is essential, as is a deep understanding of operations, finance, and brand management. The role demands a leader with strong strategic and financial leadership skills, operational excellence, and a focus on talent development. The Brand President will be expected to build and lead a high-performing team, drive data-driven decision-making, and partner on site selection, new unit openings, and remodel initiatives.
