About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate or VP to join their team and play a key role in the investment and monitoring of CLO tranches. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and underwriting CLO tranches across various levels, monitoring portfolio performance, and supporting the structuring, sourcing, and due diligence of new CLO investments. Additionally, the role involves developing and maintaining internal analytics and research tools, collaborating with trading, risk, and quantitative teams, conducting market research, and preparing investment recommendations for the investment committee.
Applicants should have 5-10 years' of experience in credit investing, structured products, or CLOs, with a strong background in investment-grade credit. Experience in mezzanine/equity trading is a plus. The role requires strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data tools is also a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and hold a Bachelor's degree, with advanced degrees being advantageous.
