Robert Half's retail client has an immediate need for an
eCommerce/Digital DESIGNER
as product lines and retail partnerships continue to scale.
Design: eCommerce assets, social content, and product concepts—impacting speed to market, retail pitches (Costco, Walmart, partners like Crayola), and overall brand growth. Engagement Details Type:
Contract‑to‑Hire Hours:
Up to 40 hrs/week (starting around 20 hrs/week and scaling to full time) Environment:
Mac‑based Team & Culture Creative, collaborative startup environment Entry‑level friendly with strong training and mentorship Solo role reporting directly to the manager Works closely with textile design and sales teams Highly hands‑on—interaction with physical products is essential Role Focus & Deliverables ~70% eCommerce production (primary focus) Create ready‑to‑publish digital assets using existing and new content AI‑driven creative (e.g., product photography, packaging and cover concepts, lifestyle visuals) Social content for Instagram, TikTok, and xsgimln TikTok Shop / Live Concept support for retail and partner pitches Packaging concepts (lower priority, later phase) Required / Desired Skills Adobe Creative Suite Mac proficiency Strong digital & eCommerce design background AI‑assisted visual and content creation Social media content creation (TikTok & Instagram) Bedding industry experience not required
