We are seeking a highly organized Apparel Product Developer to support the administrative and tracking functions of the product development process. This role is focused on maintaining accurate WIP data, monitoring timelines, and ensuring all development milestones are met from sample stage through production. Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain WIP (Work In Progress) reports across all active styles Track development milestones including proto, fit, PP, and TOP samples Monitor and follow up on key dates to ensure on-time sample submissions and approvals Communicate daily with overseas factories to confirm status updates and push timelines Update and maintain Excel trackers for costing, development status, and production calendars Ensure all product data (BOMs, specs, timelines) is accurate and up to date Flag delays, risks, or discrepancies to internal teams in a timely manner Support sample tracking, organization, and record keeping Assist in maintaining approval logs and production handoff documentation Cross-check factory updates against internal timelines and commitments Organize and maintain sample inventory Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in apparel development, production, or sourcing support Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required; heavy daily use) Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable managing multiple trackers and deadlines simultaneously Strong written communication skills, especially with overseas vendors Ability to follow processes and maintain data accuracy Preferred Skills Experience xsgimln working with overseas factories (China, Vietnam, etc.) Understanding of domestic production process Familiarity with WIP reports, T&A calendars, and production timelines Basic understanding of garment construction and development flow Experience with PLM systems is a plus Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Apparel Development: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
