About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and strategic leader, with a hands-on approach, particularly in the areas of performance marketing, paid media, social media, PR, and influencer marketing. Key responsibilities for the role include leading performance marketing initiatives, overseeing creative strategy and execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives. The VP of Marketing will also be tasked with building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, and will be expected to have a proven track record in scaling consumer brands across various channels.

The ideal candidate for the VP of Marketing position at the company will have 8-15 years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong background in both strategy and hands-on execution. Experience in a big box retail environment is essential, as is a proven ability to scale consumer brands across direct-to-consumer, Amazon, and retail channels. The role requires a leader with deep expertise in performance marketing, paid media, and a strong understanding of content strategy and creative development. The candidate should be highly analytical, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Experience in managing and optimizing agency partnerships is also a key requirement, and a background in B2B marketing is a plus.
