What youll do Defines and executes global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan Translates customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap Drives and rolls-out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors Defines account-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy Optimizes sales processesDevelops and maintains strong executive and cross-functional relationships at HQ and key locations Steers and supports internal resources to execute account strategyResponsible for timely and accurate administrative tasks supporting account strategy including sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etcDrive negotiations and global/regional/local contracts with key accountsWhat makes you a good fit5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industryBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business required Account strategy & planningStrong business development and customer mapping skillsProven ability to build networks and leverage social sellingEffective cross‑functional collaboration with technical and commercial teamsStrong communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skillsHigh capability in complex problem‑solving and decision‑makingStrong time and opportunity management mindsetSome benefits of joining HenkelHealth Insurance: affordable plans for medical, dental, vision and wellbeing starting on day 1

This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
