Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Wholesale Dispo Agent. The Dispo Agent will be responsible for managing the disposition process, engaging with buyers, marketing available properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring contracts move efficiently to closing. The role will involve maintaining relationships with buyers, analyzing property deals for potential buyers, and utilizing creative finance strategies to meet client needs. Collaboration with the acquisitions team and other departments will be key.
Qualifications Experience in Real Estate, including knowledge of dispositions and creative financing Strong Sales and negotiation skills to engage with buyers effectively Proven Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate and build relationships Knowledge of Real Property management and transaction processes Excellent time management and organizational skills A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines Familiarity with CRM software or real estate investment tools is a plus Previous experience in wholesale real estate
