Senior Dealer Administrative Specialist

JM&A Group is looking for a Senior Dealer Administrative Specialist. JM&A's Dealer Administrative Team provides support to internal JM&A Departments and the Field Sales Team. The team is responsible for managing the field sales team Auto Lease Program, various quality checks and audits, report upkeep and distribution and maintaining dealer forms and information. Responsibilities Perform and/or audit setup for product launches and annual changes to product forms Act as primary liaison between JM&A and Vendor to effectively coordinate/maintain the field sales Auto Lease Program. Including notification of movement within the field team impacting vehicles, incident management, and review/audit all invoices for accuracy Conduct peer-to-peer quality audits Review, triage and/or resolve incoming cases for various Dealer Admin and Account Acquisition team tasks Backup peers for various system setups, dealer material/supply orders, field requests, and daily incentives processing. Qualifications Effective communication skills (both written and verbal), strong attention to detail, and ability to think critically and solve complex problems, including confidently communicating with vendor partners and navigating challenging conversations. Ability to demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills, knowing how/when to escalate and when to appropriately challenge or seek clarification. Self-starter with the ability to learn new processes quickly and work effectively in environments where the path is not fully scripted. Strong abilities using MS Excel to format, analyze, and evaluate data, perform quality checks, and invoice processing. Technologically savvy with knowledge of SalesConnect, FWS Online Pricing, CPQ, Mainframe, and Microsoft 365 products is a plus. Knowledge of JM&A products is preferred. Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and work ethic, including the ability to collaborate early to ensure alignment before executing system updates. Continuous improvement mindset with curiosity and the ability to identify and implement process improvements. Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule on short notice, including overtime as needed. Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
