Business Systems Analyst / Technical Writer Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Business Systems Analyst / Technical Writer for a contract position in Columbia, SC. The opportunity will be 12 months with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Create, review, and maintain process & procedure documentation (audit compliant) Support change management processes and documentation Work with SMEs, team leads, and management Perform data analysis, reporting, and presentations Identify and recommend process/reporting improvements Qualifications: Bachelors in CS, Business, or related (or equivalent experience) 4+ years of IT Business Analysis experience Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) Azure Boards ServiceNow (preferred but important) Process & procedure documentation Audit/compliance documentation Data analysis & reporting Preferred: ServiceNow (hands-on experience) Scripting (Ansible preferred) Splunk or similar reporting/monitoring tools Experience in Medicare / government audit environments If this job is a match for your background, we would be honoured to receive your application!
