As a
Product Analyst, Customer
at CAVA, you will support the execution of guest-facing digital products that power our digital ordering, personalization, and loyalty experiences. Reporting to the
Product Manager, Customer , you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product initiatives are clearly defined, aligned, and delivered efficiently. This role plays a critical part in the
day-to-day product development lifecycle , translating business needs into well-structured requirements, supporting agile delivery processes, and ensuring product teams have the clarity needed to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance the CAVA guest experience. Success in this role
requires strong analytical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure product initiatives move smoothly from concept through launch. What You’ll Do: Support the
day-to-day execution of the product development lifecycle , ensuring features move efficiently from intake through delivery. Translate business and product goals into
clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
that guide engineering and design teams. Maintain and refine
product backlogs , ensuring stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for sprint planning. Partner with Product Managers to
document product requirements, workflows, and feature specifications . Facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and development work stays on track. Participate in
agile ceremonies
including backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including
Marketing, Operations, Culinary, and Analytics
to gather inputs and clarify requirements. Assist with
feature validation, QA support, and release readiness , ensuring requirements are met before launch. Track product work across tools such as
Jira and Confluence , maintaining clear documentation and status visibility. Support product performance analysis by helping track
key metrics, feature adoption, and guest behavior insights . Identify opportunities to improve
processes, documentation, and product development workflows
to increase efficiency and clarity. The Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in
product analysis, business analysis, product operations, or related roles
supporting digital products. Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field . Strong understanding of
Agile development methodologies, backlog management, and SDLC processes . Experience writing
user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements . Familiarity with tools such as
Jira, Confluence, and analytics/reporting platforms . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Comfortable collaborating with
engineering, design, and cross-functional teams
in a fast-paced environment. Interest in
digital guest experiences, hospitality, and consumer technology . Experience supporting
guest-facing digital products
such as mobile ordering, loyalty platforms, or e-commerce experiences preferred Experience working in
restaurant, retail, hospitality, or consumer technology environments
preferred Familiarity with
product analytics tools, experimentation frameworks, or A/B testing
preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner What we offer: Competitive salary, plus bonus and long-term incentives* Early Wage Access!
