Title Clerk- (Dealership Experience Required)- Irving
Clay Cooley Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to manage vehicle titles and registrations in compliance with state regulations. This role is responsible for processing title documents for new and used vehicles, ensuring accurate paperwork, and coordinating with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), lienholders, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
Process and submit new and used vehicle registrations and title transfers to the DMV.
Verify funds collected and lienholder payoff information for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare payoff checks for new and trade-in vehicles.
Complete dealer trades and prepare Certificates of Origin.
Endorse and sign over titles for wholesalers upon full payment.
Process and track vehicle warranties and extended service contracts.
Floor stock vehicles as titles are received.
Ensure compliance with all title regulations, fees, and filing requirements.
Employee Prerequisites
High school diploma required, college degree a plus
Dealership experience and automotive title knowledge required
Basic computer skills; Tekion experience a plus
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
Works well independently and with a team
Flexible schedule, professional appearance, and strong work ethic
