* Training: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (mandatory, on-site) * PostTraining: Flexible start times (8:00 AM or 10:00 AM) *Role Overview* As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support homeowners by handling highvolume inbound and outbound calls related to mortgage servicing. This role is ideal for experienced call center professionals who value stability, performance, and longterm career growth.
*What You'll Do* * Handle inbound customer calls related to payments, escrow, and general account questions * Make outbound reminder calls and assist customers with payment options (noncollections) * Deliver professional, courteous service while meeting call center performance metrics *Qualifications* * 2-3 years of recent call center experience (highvolume inbound/outbound calls) * Strong tenure history with at least 1 year in each prior role and no large employment gaps * High school diploma or equivalent * Comfortable working with call center metrics and internal systems * Bilingual candidates encouraged (higher pay available) *Why This Role* This is a feeder role with real advancement opportunities into team lead and backoffice positions.
