Part-Time: Starting at $15 per hour.

Shift Schedule: Saturday and Sunday—12:00am–7:00pm.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Responsibilities Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script

Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.

Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system

Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members

Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Cleaner Responsibilities As a member of our staff, the Cleaner plays a significant role in helping to transform the lives of club members by providing a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Thoroughly complete cleaning checklist daily to ensure all tasks are completed. This includes:

cleaning and sanitizing fitness equipment and gym floor

cleaning and sanitizing the locker rooms, restroom facilities, shower facilities and locker area

properly dispose of trash stock all supplies around club and in locker rooms

report broken or missing amenities or equipment (toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.) to the Club Manager
