Job Responsibilities
Demonstrate basic knowledge of product and product features for assigned brand
Demonstrate basic knowledge of internal processes and system tools
Manage customer service interactions by providing accurate and efficient resolution to incoming requests via phone, email, and/or the client's online portal
Meet all service level agreements as assigned
Utilize and manage appropriate ERP business systems
Qualifications
6+ months of customer service
Experience in a fast paced, collaborative, team environment
MS Outlook & Excel experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PO Management experience preferred but not required
Associate Requirements
HS Diploma or GED
Background Check
Drug Test
Must be at least 18 years old
