INTERMEDIATE JUNIOR DESIGNER – HIGH END RESIDENTIAL
Andrew B. Ballard, Architecture+Interiors, a New York City based boutique architectural & interior design firm seeks to hire a full-time Intermediate Junior Designer to work on a variety of high-end residential projects. For the Intermediate Junior Designer position in New York City, the applicant must have between (2-5) years professional experience working in an architectural or interior design firm. Detailed expertise in residential architecture interiors required. Qualified candidates need to be enthusiastic, hardworking, well-organized and highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communications skills. Candidates will work directly with the firm's principal and project team to produce detailed designs, along with client coordination and management of all aspects of the project throughout the duration of the work. QUALIFICATIONS
Professional Undergraduate or Master’s Degree in Architecture and/or Interior Design
Minimum (2-5) Years of Professional Experience in High-end Residential Design
Technical Expertise in ACADD a must, with experience in Construction Documentation and Observation, Material Specifications, Purchase Orders, CFAs & Furniture Selection a bonus
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office andMac iOS systems
A minimum of (2) Professional References
Candidates must Confirm Eligibility/Qualifications to Work in United States
