Inbound Call Center Representative
Full‑Time, 100% onsite in Plymouth, Michigan.
Job Description We are looking for a Call Center Representative to work in a high‑volume inbound call center supporting patients, providers, and internal teams.
Primary Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls (50–100+ per day depending on complexity)
Make occasional follow‑up outbound calls
Answer questions related to prior authorization, general inquiries, and confidential medical information
Deliver exceptional service with empathy and professionalism
Accurately enter and update detailed information
Use multiple software systems to track and document calls
Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
Meet quality and accuracy metrics as key performance measures
Experience & Qualifications
1 year of high‑volume call center experience
Strong computer navigation skills
Ability to multitask across multiple systems
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and listening skills
Professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor
Reliable, consistent attendance
Must be available 7 days a week between 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM; receive a set schedule within those hours after training (example: 8am-5pm Tuesday‑Saturday)
Mandatory overtime during December – February
Training Details
4 weeks of paid onsite training
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $21.00/hr.
