Overview We are seeking a senior Portfolio Lead to own and drive POS and retail technology programs. This role leads a team of Project Managers, oversees portfolio governance, and partners closely with IT and business leaders to deliver strategic outcomes across retail store systems. Must Have Qualifications 10+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management 5+ years of people leadership experience Experience managing portfolios supporting retail store systems Strong knowledge of POS and payment systems, including transaction flows and compliance Understanding of large‑scale retail technology ecosystems and integrations Nice to Haves Experience with fuel systems or forecourt technologies PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certification Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field Master’s degree preferred What You Will Do Own portfolio governance, roadmap alignment, and delivery execution Lead and develop a team of Project Managers Act as the escalation point for risks, issues, and dependencies Partner with IT and business leaders on prioritization and resource planning Ensure initiatives align with strategy, KPIs, and business value Drive executive‑level reporting on portfolio health, budgets, and risks Continuously improve governance, processes, and delivery standards What Success Looks Like Clear visibility into portfolio health and outcomes Strong alignment between business strategy and execution Predictable delivery across POS and retail technology initiatives High‑performing, well‑coached project management team Compensation $110-140k per year annual salary.
