Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Agent, located in Haverhill, MA. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for assisting with lease agreements, administering leasing operations, and managing residential properties. Daily responsibilities include communicating with current and prospective tenants, conducting property tours, addressing tenant inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service to support client satisfaction and property success.
Qualifications
Experience with Leases and Lease Administration
Familiarity with Property Management and Residential Leasing practices
Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and tenant relations
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Haverhill, MA, and collaborate effectively with team members and tenants
Proficiency with property management software and related digital tools is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in real estate or property management are advantageous
