Orlando, FL (Hybrid) We’re seeking a
Paid Media Manager
to own and optimize performance campaigns across
Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) . This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in-platform, driving results, and managing budgets with strong accountability. What you’ll do: Build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across
Google Ads + Meta Ads Manage and pace ad budgets
(allocation, forecasting, spend controls, efficiency) Monitor performance and KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR) and turn data into action Run A/B tests across creative, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies Deliver clear reporting and insights to stakeholders with optimization recommendations What we’re looking for (must-haves): •
3+ years
of paid media / performance xywuqvp marketing experience •
Hands-on Google Ads + Meta Ads experience (required) • Proven experience
managing paid media budgets
