Role Description We are seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to join our team at our on-site location in Boise, ID. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing their concerns accurately and efficiently. You will manage incoming calls, take detailed customer notes, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous responses. This position requires strong communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and proficiency with computer systems to support operational needs efficiently.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service roles, focusing on Customer Service Representation and Customer Support

Strong ability to handle Customer Satisfaction concerns with sensitivity and professionalism

Exceptional Interpersonal Skills, including active listening and effective communication with diverse individuals

Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including data entry and navigating customer service software

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and service-oriented mindset

Previous experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous
