HR Soul, Tampa, FL, United States
Here at HR Soul our solutions amplify the performance of people and the soul of company culture. From strategic planning with CEO’s, partnering with HR leaders on key projects, building high performing teams to coaching and recruiting the future of our client’s organization.
We’re partnering with a growing, fast-moving healthcare organization looking to add a
Corporate Paralegal
to their legal team. This is a high-impact support role for someone who enjoys being in the middle of it all, contracts, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll be the engine behind the legal team’s day-to-day flow, handling first-pass contract reviews, keeping documentation tight, and helping ensure agreements are clean, consistent, and aligned with company standards. If you like structure, but can also navigate a bit of organized chaos (and a few strong personalities along the way), you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
Perform first-pass contract reviews and redlines, flagging risks and aligning language with company standards
Draft and support standard agreements like NDAs, BAAs, vendor contracts, service agreements, and amendments
Maintain corporate entity records, including filings, registrations, and compliance tracking
Review agreements for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with internal policies
Support entity management across subsidiaries, licenses, and regulatory requirements
Keep contract records organized and up to date, managing versions and documentation
Monitor relevant regulatory changes and help update legal documentation accordingly
Partner with internal teams to gather information and move contracts through the review and approval process
Escalate non-standard terms or potential risks to attorneys as needed
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
3–5 years of experience in a corporate or in‑house legal environment, with a focus on contracts
Strong experience with contract review and redlining
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment without sacrificing detail
Comfort working across teams and personalities, you know how to push things forward while keeping relationships intact
Strong organizational skills and a high level of discretion
Bonus Points
Experience in healthcare or PBM environments
Background supporting an in‑house legal team
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management or document management systems
Based in or near Tampa for occasional in‑person collaboration
