Get through a backlog of collections Schedule: In Office- Monday – Friday 9-5:30pm, 1 hour lunch Job description: Contact clients via phone and email to follow up on past-due invoices
Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment disputes
Process payments and post accurately to client accounts
Collaborate with billing staff and controller to address client billing questions
Generate and distribute collection reports to Controller
Maintain accurate records of all collection activity and correspondence
Work quickly and efficiently and follow best practices
Requirements:
Must have recent B2B collections.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required.
