Corporate Paralegal

Lawson & Weitzen, LLP seeks a full-time in-office skilled Corporate Paralegal to assist busy Mergers & Acquisition team with multiple Partners and Associates. We are looking for a candidate with 1+ years legal experience in corporate paralegal work, particularly in compliance and licensing. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.Paralegal certificate is not required, but a plus.In this position you will play a key role in maintaining corporate compliance and overseeing licensing process.You must be a team player, highly organized, able to prioritize and multi-task, meet deadlines, demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.The right candidate will present professionally and positively, be willing and able to learn, to interact well with assigned attorneys, and to manage their workload independently. T he annual salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 plus year-end bonus and favorable benefits. Final offer dependent on experience and corporate practice area expertise .
