Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Manager based in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of residential properties, including tenant relations, property maintenance, rent collection, and lease management. The role entails overseeing property inspections, addressing tenant inquiries and complaints, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. While most tasks will be performed on-site, some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
Property Management, Tenant Relations, and Lease Management skills
Experience in Property Maintenance and Repair Coordination
Rent Collection and Financial Management skills
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Familiarity with housing regulations and compliance
Experience with property management software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in property management are a plus
Full Time, $45,000-$55,000
Up to $750 per month toward provided towards insurance
