What You'll Do
Become a Ford product expert and help customers find the perfect vehicle
Respond quickly and professionally to all internet leads via email, phone, text, and CRM
Guide customers from online inquiries to in-store appointments and remote vehicle purchases when necessary
Proactively follow up with unsold leads and past customers
Build lasting relationships and a personal pipeline of repeat and referral business
Self-market through social media, email campaigns, and community outreach to grow your personal brand
Keep CRM updated with detailed notes, activities, and follow-ups
Stay sharp with current product knowledge, promotions, and digital selling techniques
Collaborate with management team to improve lead-to-sale conversion
