Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency. Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Sales: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling insurance products. Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
- Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing. Ensure accuracy and completeness in all transactions.
- Client Education: Educate clients about their insurance options, coverage, and benefits. Help them make informed decisions based on their needs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Update client information and policy details as needed.
