Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Auburn, AL. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales initiatives, nurturing client relationships, and delivering training to customers and team members as needed. Key daily tasks include engaging with existing clients, identifying potential sales opportunities, creating impactful communication materials, and driving customer satisfaction to support company growth objectives. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and internal teams Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to drive performance and achieve targets Experience in delivering Training sessions to clients or internal staff Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (required) Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus Ability to work collaboratively and adapt effectively in a team environment Proficient with Meta Platforms, X, Linked-IN, and others for daily Pictures and interactions across all aspects of our Civil Construction Company as well as our Party and Equipment Rental Business SEO integration is a must, Integration of advertising budgets with proven results is a MUST This will be an Onsite job, Field Job, Event Interactive Job, City Events, Chamber Events and more Proficient in Canva as well as other software marketing programs are a must Focus Driven Results is a job requirement Ability to interact with others, social skills is a job requirement This job is a full time job with structure Job requirements will be both office and jobsite visits, Ability to travel over and thru diverse terrain is a must when visiting jobsites, Drone license and skills will be required within 90 days of employment for jobsite pictures and more.
