Job Description DSplus is seeking college seniors and recent graduates who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience working with real clients at our Chicago office. The summer internship is a paid 9-week hybrid program from June 15th- August 14th with an opportunity for 4-day work week, providing lessons from various departments at an agency, opportunity to work alongside and gain mentorship from advertising professionals and leaders, in addition to working on one of Toyota’s active campaign projects. As an Intern – Paid Social Media here’s what you’ll do: Support our paid social team with campaign planning, setup, and reporting. You’ll help bring campaigns to life across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit, while learning how targeting, budgets, and creative all work together. You’ll also help review performance, spot trends, and contribute to reports that highlight what’s working and what’s not. This a great role for someone curious about digital marketing and excited to get hands-on experience in paid social for an automotive client. Application closes May 15th. Qualifications We are looking for interns who possess a problem-solving mentality, have leadership and collaborative qualities, and express curiosity within and beyond their role and team. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
