Part Time Marketing Content Assistant

Overview We're seeking a part-time Marketing & Content Assistant to join our growing brand. This role will support and creatively assist our marketing initiatives across social, e-commerce, events and brick & mortar retail. You will work directly alongside our lead marketing and design team as we build the next stage of our brand. Our marketing approach draws from architectural design and aspirational lifestyle marketing with a bend towards outdoor athleticism, fashion and functionality. Responsibilities Social Media content layouts, scheduling and posting Email marketing newsletters - layouts, templates and flows Graphic and image layouts for blog posts Some real-time day to day content for social media Assist in pre and post production photoshoots, prepping product for shoots, file management and image/video formatting Overall digital asset library management - culling and repurposing content for social, website, newsletter and blog posts Assist in coordinating, cultivating and supporting our influencer partnerships. Graphic and content production as needed for events, in store retail, product launches, social media and website Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Fashion or Marketing 0-2 years of marketing experience (internships included) Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo) Experience with social media platforms, best practices and image formatting for each (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) Google Ads Graphic Design skills are required Adobe Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Final Cut Google Suite: Sheets, Docs, Calendar Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Interest in fashion, lifestyle brands, cycling, travel and the outdoors To Apply Please send a resume, cover letter and portfolio to: INFO@ILEquipment.com.
