Our full suite of INSTI tests is greater than 99% accurate and have a world-wide footprint of regulatory approvals including US FDA, Health Canada, World Health Organization Prequalification and CE mark for Europe. bioLytical markets its HIV point-of-care tests, HIV self-tests, dual HIV/Syphilis Multiplex point-of-care tests, HCV/Hep B point-of-care tests globally. With a strong product pipeline from our research team, we are developing innovative solutions to tackle some of the world’s most concerning health issues, including Triplex and other Combo tests for various infectious diseases.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE B2B Communications Plan, write, and execute B2B email campaigns for distributors, healthcare professionals, and partners using Mailchimp and Salesforce
Develop targeted messaging for product launches, product updates, and marketing initiatives
Manage email marketing calendars and optimize communications through testing and performance analysis
Content Development Write high-quality content including blog posts, website content, marketing collateral, and white papers
Develop educational materials that communicate the clinical and public health value of our diagnostic technologies
Translate scientific and technical information into clear, engaging communications
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop accurate and impactful content
Training & Educational Content Write scripts for product training videos and educational content
Work with internal teams to ensure training materials are clear, accurate, and aligned with regulatory requirements
Support the development of learning materials for healthcare professionals and distributors
Thought Leadership & Research Research healthcare, diagnostics, and global health topics to support white papers, educational articles, and industry content
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Identify emerging industry trends and opportunities for thought leadership content
Social Media Manage and grow bioLytical’s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn
Develop and schedule content promoting thought leadership, product updates, and company news
Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to expand reach within healthcare and diagnostics communities
Public Relations & External Communications Draft press releases, company announcements, and external communications
Support communications for product launches, conferences, and industry events
WHAT YOU BRING 1-2+ years of experience in marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Life Sciences, or a related field
Excellent writing and editing skills
Ability to translate complex scientific or technical information into clear marketing content
Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
Experience managing social media for B2B or professional audiences
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple marketing and content projects simultaneously

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$50,000-$55,000
