Location: This role is based in our Louisville / Boulder, Colorado office, where we follow a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
Take an active role in managing campaigns—stepping in where automation falls short and guiding platform algorithms with clear guardrails
Execute daily optimizations using a Stop / Scale / Start mindset to improve performance and drive better results
Build and run structured tests across creative and audience segments to understand what truly resonates and drives action
Work deeply in the data—exporting, analyzing, and connecting platform data with CRM sources (e.g., Salesforce, Fuse) to understand real performance
Use Excel to build models that uncover key metrics like donor retention, pLTV, and overall funnel health
Monitor budgets closely to ensure efficient spend and avoid waste, while still hitting growth targets
Look beyond surface-level metrics to identify what’s actually driving meaningful outcomes (not just cheap conversions)
Investigate performance changes, identify root causes, and clearly explain what’s happening and why
Partner closely with the Strategist by providing clear, concise insights that help guide decisions and client communication
Qualifications
A strong analytical mindset and a natural comfort working in data—you genuinely enjoy digging into numbers to find answers
Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, nested formulas, and working with large, messy datasets
A healthy skepticism—you question results that seem too good and take the time to understand what’s really happening
A high level of attention to detail, with a habit of double-checking your work and catching small errors before they become big ones
A builder’s mindset—you enjoy getting hands-on in the data and solving complex problems more than presenting or talking about them
Curiosity and persistence—you’re motivated to keep digging until something truly makes sense

Compensation
This role offers a base salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, plus bonus plan. The annual performance-based bonus program rewards both individual results (sales targets, new business) and company-wide success, with significant upside for exceptional performance.
