Overview Marketing & Sales Manager Job Locations USA-IL-Belleville Campus Name: Benedictine Living Community-At The Shrine Category: Marketing Position Type: Full-Time Shift: Days Specific Shift Times: 8:00a-4:30p Scheduled Days of the Week: Mon-Fri Weekend Work Requirement: None Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000 based on experience Responsibilities Responsible for all functions of the marketing department, including developing census, leadership of marketing staff or committee and development and execution of all marketing and communication strategic plans for the facility, service lines and/or programs. Develops and executes strategic marketing plans, including budget development and management. Maintains, develops or improves occupancy levels to meet or exceed budgeted goals. Fosters and manages the brand, including the instruction of community staff members in proper use of identity. Interprets and develops marketing strategy based on reports, legal documents, financial statements, etc. Provides project management; determine content, write, edit, and coordinate the design and production of external communication materials, such as newsletters, brochures, advertisements and direct mail pieces, etc. Develops and plan marketing events, including open houses, community classes, health fairs, special events and community outreach activities, etc. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or related field Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other software programs Ability to travel to and from health care facilities, events, shows, etc. QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or related field Sales/telemarketing experience Experience leading, coaching, developing staff EEO/AA/Vet Friendly Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000 based on experience Benefits Statement: A robust benefits package is available to eligible associates, designed to meet the needs of every stage of life, including PTO, retirement, medical, dental, vision, education assistance, and voluntary benefits.
