The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to grow our business in the Erie, PA market and surrounding areas.

This is a relationship-focused, outside sales role where you’ll help businesses simplify purchasing, improve operations, and control costs. You’ll build your own book of business while developing long-term partnerships with your customers.

If you enjoy being in front of customers, identifying opportunities, and closing business—this role gives you the platform to grow your income and territory.


Territory

Erie, PA and surrounding markets, including:

  • Erie County, PA
  • Crawford County, PA
  • Warren County, PA
  • Venango County, PA
  • Mercer County, PA
  • Ashtabula County, OH
  • Eastern Ohio markets within driving distance


What You’ll Do
  • Prospect and develop new business through calls, in-person visits, referrals, and networking
  • Build and manage a base of customers focused on repeat and recurring revenue
  • Identify opportunities to expand product usage and increase share of wallet
  • Present solutions, quote business, and close deals
  • Maintain organized account activity, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction


What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year of sales experience (outside sales preferred, not required)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Competitive and driven to hit goals and grow income
  • Valid driver’s license
