Continuous Improvement Manager

What You’ll Do: Lead Lean strategy and deployment (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, TPM, problem solving) Drive OEE, productivity, and cost improvements across the plant Facilitate Kaizen events, Hoshin planning, and rapid improvement initiatives Partner with leadership to identify margin and efficiency opportunities through data and P&L insights Coach and develop teams in CI tools, project execution, and performance management Oversee maintenance/reliability efforts to improve uptime and asset utilization Track KPIs and ensure sustainable results through strong change management What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred 7+ years in manufacturing; 3+ years in leadership (Ops or CI) Strong Lean/continuous improvement background with hands-on shop floor experience Proven ability to lead projects, influence teams, and deliver measurable results Experience with automation and capital projects is a plus Additional Details: Must be a U.S. person (ITAR requirement) No visa sponsorship available
