Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Buffalo, NY, for a Legal Assistant in the Personal Injury Practice Group. The role includes supporting attorneys with case preparation, managing administrative tasks, drafting and formatting legal documents, organizing files, maintaining client communication, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and conducting preliminary case research. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to the firm’s commitment to providing top-tier legal services to its clients.

Qualifications Proficiency in Law and extensive experience with Legal Assistants responsibilities Expertise in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents Strong Communication skills, with a focus on maintaining professional client interactions Demonstrated experience in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, organization, and multitasking Strong attention to detail and a highly organized workstyle Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of legal software and Microsoft Office Previous experience in personal injury law or similar legal fields is required Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
