We’re looking for an experienced Event Marketing Project Manager to lead booth production and onsite execution for a large-scale consumer event. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage vendors, timelines, and cross-functional teams end-to-end. What You’ll Do Own booth build and event setup in partnership with vendors and internal teams Manage timelines, deliverables, and production milestones Coordinate event logistics (power, lighting, internet, shipping, etc.) Oversee marketing collateral and ensure brand consistency Support onsite execution, staffing, and attendee engagement Troubleshoot in real time and deliver post-event reporting What You Bring Experience managing activations at large-scale events or trade shows Strong project management and vendor coordination skills Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Details Remote with occasional meetings in Burbank Onsite in Anaheim August 14–16
