Rudolph Foods is seeking a
bilingual (English/Spanish) International Customer Service Representative
to join our team in Lima, OH. This role serves as a key liaison between our plant and global customers, ensuring seamless order management, export compliance, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage international customer orders from entry through shipment Serve as the primary contact for global customers Prepare export documentation (B/L, invoices, certificates, etc.) Coordinate logistics with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams Track shipments and resolve issues proactively Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Accounting, and Operations Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or export operations preferred Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred) Experience in food manufacturing or international shipping is a plus Why Join Rudolph Foods?
