Customer Service Representative.

************************************************************************* *** Location: Louisville, KY (5101 Jeff Commerce Drive, Louisville KY 40219) *** Duration: 6+ months contract w/ possibility of extension

Work Schedule: Training will be onsite from 8am-430pm for the first 6-8 weeks. Permanent schedule once successful completion of training will be 11:30am-8:00pm.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers. Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller. Provide accurate information to the caller. Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers. Resolve the callers’ needs. Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for the caller. Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures. Ability to work a flexible work schedule.

Job Requirements/Previous Experience: Previous call center experience preferred. Previous healthcare experience is desired Excellent interpersonal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Able to type 35 wpm or greater. Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required within the first 30 days of employment.
