SAP (PP/DS) Solution Consultant

Hands-on technical expert to lead and optimize manufacturing solutions. You will translate complex business requirements into robust system designs, collaborate via an onshore/offshore model, and leverage SAP S/4HANA Advanced Planning to optimize production orders, capacity planning, and scheduling heuristics. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver at least one full lifecycle SAP PP/DS implementation. Implement and configure the PP/DS Setup Optimizer. Execute PP/DS Business Add-In (BAdI) enhancements to meet custom business requirements. Translate business needs into technical designs and cascade work effectively to the offshore team. Present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Essential Skills: In-depth expertise in SAP PP/DS capabilities: Interactive Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Pegging, and Planning Table/Board. Hands-on experience with Constraint-Based Planning, Model Mix Planning, Multilevel Scheduling, and Sequencing. Demonstrated experience with Cross-Location Planning, Sub-daily/Telescopic Time Buckets, and Time-Dependent Safety Stock. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Desirable Skills: Domain experience in the Automotive or Discrete/Repetitive Manufacturing industries. Solid understanding of End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain processes (Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory Management). Experience with SAP APO ABAP programming.
