About the Role This is a Head of Product reporting directly to the COO. The company is looking for a hands-on product leader who has built and scaled real products used daily by non-technical customers. The incoming Head of Product will inherit a team of six and take full ownership of the platform's strategy, roadmap, and product organization. This person will define what the platform becomes next, drive adoption and retention across an enterprise customer base, and partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to align product development with business growth.
Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap in direct alignment with company growth objectives and customer needs Lead, develop, and grow a team (PM's, Product Designer and Analyst), establishing clear ownership, accountability, and strong product practices across the organization Define product requirements and partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality capabilities that serve enterprise, non-technical users Identify and drive opportunities for product-led revenue expansion, including packaging, positioning, and monetization in partnership with Sales and Marketing Engage directly with enterprise customers and prospects to surface evolving needs and translate them into product investment decisions Lead new capability launches from concept through market adoption, working cross-functionally to drive engagement and commercial impact Leverage customer insights, product analytics, and market data to prioritize the roadmap and measure meaningful outcomes Build a product organization capable of consistent innovation, delivery, and sustained execution at scale Identify opportunities to apply data, automation, and AI to enhance the customer experience and expand platform capabilities
Qualifications 10 to 15 years of experience in product management or product leadership within a SaaS, B2C application or enterprise software company 3 to 5 years leading product teams and managing product managers directly Proven ownership of an external-facing product actively used by non-technical, paying customers — experience with internal tools, infrastructure, or data platforms is not the build here Demonstrated track record driving engagement, retention, and product-led revenue outcomes Strong cross-functional experience partnering with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Experience defining product strategy, owning a roadmap, and launching new capabilities successfully to market Solid understanding of agile methodologies and SaaS product development practices Experience collaborating on product packaging, positioning, and monetization strategies is a plus Familiarity with enterprise B2B buying dynamics and customer success motions is a plus Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
