Growth Marketing Manager This is 1 day a week onsite in Ridgefield, NJ.

Backed by professional spa science and K-beauty innovation, their award-winning products have earned a loyal following in top salons and are rapidly expanding across DTC, retail, and omnichannel. About the Role This is a hands-on growth marketing role for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants to own results, not just execute tasks. Reporting into senior leadership, you will help oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media across agencies, email and SMS, own the ecommerce function and agency relationships while building toward owning the broader growth strategy. The right person is scrappy, analytical, and ready to grow with the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Build strategy and execute ecommerce promotions, seasonal campaigns, discount structures, and site merchandising across Shopify
Manage external agency partners across paid media and Amazon, aligning on strategy, creative direction, and reporting
Manage and optimize email and SMS programs via Klaviyo or a comparable platform, including campaigns, automations, and flows
Execute ecommerce promotions, seasonal campaigns, discount structures, and site merchandising across Shopify
Develop and maintain a DTC marketing calendar tied to product launches, retail moments, and brand activations
Collaborate with creative and web teams to brief and test performance-driven landing pages and product detail modules
Monitor and report on core growth KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, and conversion rate
Run A/B tests across creatives, copy, targeting, and email flows to drive continuous improvement
Support omnichannel product launches and retail partner campaigns cross-functionally
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing
Strong DTC experience, with a track record of driving measurable performance outcomes
Hands-on Shopify experience, including promotions, merchandising, and lifecycle execution
Familiarity with the beauty industry, with genuine understanding of the customer, the category, and what drives purchase
Experience working in a startup or resource-light environment where you have had to build and figure things out
Proficiency in email and SMS platforms such as Klaviyo or Attentive
Analytical mindset with comfort in reporting, forecasting, and testing
Paid media experience across one or more of Meta, Google, TikTok, or Pinterest is a plus
Experience with Amazon Ads, influencer whitelisting, or retail marketing coordination is an asset
