Safety Manager
to support our
commercial construction clients
through our growing
temporary staffing company . This role will focus on maintaining safe job sites, providing safety training, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations across multiple construction projects. Key Responsibilities: • Implement and enforce safety programs across commercial construction sites • Conduct job site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments • Provide
safety training and orientations
for field employees • Ensure compliance with
OSHA standards and company safety policies • Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents and implement corrective actions • Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation • Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and clients to promote a strong safety culture Requirements: •
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required •
OSHA 30 Certification required •
Minimum 3 years of safety experience in commercial construction • Strong knowledge of
construction safety standards and OSHA regulations • Experience conducting
