As a Sr. Designer, you’ll help carry that vision forward by leading the creative execution of design across our ministry’s communications, campaigns, and donor experiences. Rooted in the mission of Unknown Nations, you bring both creative excellence and a deep understanding of how we serve unreached people groups. This role builds on your existing knowledge of our brand, voice, and audience, while giving you new responsibility to elevate design quality and help shape how we visually tell the story of God’s work through our ministry. You’ll collaborate closely with writers and producers to ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand’s mission, vision, and values.

Creative Execution Design compelling assets for digital and print campaigns, including fundraising communications, marketing campaign elements, social media, event branding, email marketing, donor reports, websites, and presentation materials. Ensure consistent visual storytelling across all platforms, aligned with brand guidelines and organizational values. Maintain and evolve the brand and brand elements, including templates and visual guidelines. Create and update key documents and materials, including the Annual Report, event materials (invites, sponsor materials, pledge cards, slide shows, videos), proposals, donor reports, and development materials. Manage the creation of branding materials such as gear, swag, banners, envelopes, paper products, business cards, and rack cards. Help improve creative workflows to make design more efficient and scalable. Present design work to internal teams and stakeholders with clarity and professionalism. Work with outside vendors, printers, or creative partners to deliver final outputs.

Concept & Campaign Development Collaborate with communications, fundraising, and field teams to develop creative strategies and design concepts that elevate key campaigns and initiatives. Generate design ideas that connect with diverse audiences—donors, churches, volunteers, partners, and stakeholders. Team Collaboration & Mentorship Work closely with writers, videographers, and photographers to ensure we have unified branding and storytelling. Work with the Director of Marketing to raise the bar for creative work across the organization. Photo/Video Management Work with the Director of Marketing to identify and address video needs. Produce various video content, including weekly videos featuring Greg, field videos, and donor videos. Oversee the organization and storage of the photo library in Canto, ensuring it meets marketing needs. Develop and implement photo guidelines for the field, including potential training videos for leaders. Ensure photos are properly protected and edited before use by the team. Maintain communication with field leaders and partners to ensure media requirements are met while protecting team members.
